This process is part of the CoiDung worm that spreads through chat programs onto Windows based computers. After installing itself on your computer, it will establish a registry entry that means it will run every time you start the Windows operating system and it will then proceed to download malicious code and applications from the Internet on to your computer. This is an undesirable application and needs to be removed from your system quickly in order to prevent further infection.
