Do not be fooled into purchasing SpyShredder. It is a rogue anti-spyware program that actually does nothing to protect your computer. Any scans it runs are completely false. This program can find it's way onto your computer in several different ways. One way is to download the program not knowing that it is not going to protect your computer. Another way is to download freeware or shareware that the program is included with. Many shareware and freeware programs come bundled with rogue anti-spyware programs. If you download games, music, and pirated material, you are risking your computer becoming infected by a rogue anti-spyware such as SpyShredder. SpyShredder can be difficult to remove from your computer. You not only have to remove all the files and registries that are associated with it, but you must also remove all of the trojans that came in with it. SpyShredder1.dll

SpyShredder3.dll

Make absolutely certain that you are removing the correct registry entries when you edit the registry. A mistake there could make your computer unbootable and require a complete reinstallation of your operating system and software. Any files you didn't have backed up would be lost.
