TuneXP is a very good free tool, this utility will strip off some Windows font during installation, and you can easily speed up your computer boot time with just a few clicks!
Download and install it, and I will show you step by step how to speed up your PC.
The program should be something like this:

If for some reason you can’t install it, just restart your Windows, before you see the Windows’ loading screen, press F8 continuously until you see the menu to boot into safe mode, then install in the safe mode window.
After installed, you should see something like this

Go through all the settings, follow this menu and check all except [Clear Pagefile on shutdown]. You don’t want to do that; it will only delay your shutdown time.
Then select the menu, [Ultra-fast booting...] wait until all process finish. DO NOT restart before the process finish! The screen should be something like this:

Wait until the process finish. You will be surprise how fast this utility will do to your window!

If somehow your startup speed doesn't improve dramatically, it must be either the hardware or your startup programs freeze in some kind of dead lock.
